REFECTOCIL Eyebrow and Lash Color (Brown #3)

APPLICATION
1. Remove contact lenses. Remove all makeup from the eyes, lashes and eyebrows with Make-Up Remover, as makeup residue can spoil the coloring result.
2. Apply Skin Protection Cream moisturizer to the structural, slightly roughened side of paper eye pads or reusable silicone ones.
3. 3. Place the pads on your lower eyelid with the cream applied downward. To avoid getting paint on your skin, make sure that the pads lie flat against your skin. The cream should not get on the lashes!
From now on, your eyes should be closed!
4. Mix the paint with the developer in a glass beaker in the ratio of 2 cm of the paint from the tube with 10 drops of liquid or (15-20 drops of gel) developer RefectoCil Oxidant.
5. Apply the paint with a plastic wand or brush to the lashes. Your lashes must be completely filled. Do not get paint on your eyelids!
6. Mix the same or a shade lighter paint in the same ratio for the eyebrows (2 cm of paint from the tube with 2-4 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant). Apply the paint in the direction of the growth of the eyebrows. Remove the excess of the paint with a cotton swab and the Tint Remover.
7. 7. The exposure time of the eyebrow dye is 2-10 minutes for eyelashes and 2-5 minutes for eyebrows, depending on the color intensity. The longer the time, the more intense the color will be as a result of dyeing.
8. Start with the eyebrows. After the set time, remove the paint with a dry cotton swab and rinse with cool water. Remove the dye residue on your skin with Tint Remover.
9. After the exposure time is over, remove the paper pads and remove the paint from the lashes with a dry cotton swab. Carefully remove the paint residue on the lashes with a damp cotton pad and, if necessary, clean the skin with Tint Remover.
