The creamy emulsion oxidizing agent is used for mixing with RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash colors. The creamy consistency of the product prevents the preparation from flowing. The bottle has enough volume for about 200 treatments.

APPLICATION
Mix 10 drops of 3% RefectoCil Oxidant and 2 cm of paint. Using a wand applicator, mix. Then apply the paste following the instructions for using RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow dye.
